Current Status
Version 3.1.0 is the direct result of the RINF Regulation amendment via Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1694. It represents a fundamental technical shift.
Shift to Ontology
A key change is defined in Article 7a: The introduction/adoption of the "ERA Vocabulary" (Ontology). This marks the move from a rigid XML schema focus to a flexible, graph-based semantic framework.
This allows data to be linked, queried, and verified much more powerfully than before.
